Goodwill West Texas - Odessa Career Center

The mission of Goodwill West Texas is to provide opportunities for people with barriers to employment. We meet this mission through a variety of different programs like the Career Center. The Goodwill Career Center offers one-on-one training to help individuals in our communities reach their goals and secure meaningful employment. Thanks to the sale of donated items in Goodwill West Texas retail stores.The services are completely FREE and include:​​

-One-on-one career coaching
-ID services for i9 verification (birth certificate, state ID, social security card)
-Resume writing
-Interviewing skills
-Computer access and training
-Job search assistance
-Job placement/retention
-Auxiliary Support Items (bus passes, work or interview clothing vouchers, GED Test payments, etc.)
