The Recording Library of West Texas provides audio to those with visual, physical, or learning impairments. A 24-hour radio station, audiobooks, local newspaper recordings, and podcast services are also available.

Nonprofits included serve in at least one of the following West Texas counties: Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Jeff Davis, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler.
